MISSION

A leader inspires people to connect with something bigger than themselves, to work together, take action, and accomplish goals!  My Dynamic Leadership style focuses on Vision, Passion, Decisiveness, Empathy, Service and Optimism.

PGA Professionals are leaders, role models and educators; leaders not just at the club, but in the community; role models at home as well as at work; and educators of the game, its rules, and the traditions.

Nothing is more important than Integrity!  Be authentic, honest, and humble while giving credit where credit is due and putting the needs of others ahead of yourself.

True Commitment, with unwavering dedication, is inspirational.  My goal is to inspire people through my support and involvement.  You are either committed or you are not, there is no middle ground.  That is why I’m so passionate about fostering engagement across our PGA Members and Associates. 

Commitment is also putting the needs of the Association and its Members above yourself.  I am proud of the fact that over my many years of leadership, I’ve always vetted the hard decisions with the lens of the Member and our Association in mind.

Transforming Vision into Reality!  A Visionary has a clear vision of what the future should look like, can create a plan to get there, and can lead a team in that direction. 

My vision for the future of the PGA includes, but is not limited to:  an increased focus on the 3 career paths of life-long learning and further support of ExecuSearch, emphasis on Section support and driving value to the Member, growth in membership mostly from a resurgence of individuals entering the program, elevating the image of PGA Members in our communities that will allow for new or improved career opportunities, maximizing PGA Partnerships to provide more growth and benefits for PGA Members & Sections, and increased support, focus, and improvements to PGA REACH’s pillars.
